Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your orders, for faster shipping.
Please double-check your mailing address. If you input the wrong address when you placed your order, we will charge you to ship it again. If you enter the incorrect address and it is returned to us, we will email you upon receipt, and you will purchase our reshipment while also providing a corrected address.
Shipping Policy
Please email shopraelynnsboutique@gmail.com if your package is missing in transit so we can file a claim. We will reship your items if the investigation is finished and your package cannot be found, or we will return your order for store credit if it is not available. We cannot submit a claim for the missing parcel until the USPS has been in transit for 15 days.
Note that packages that are stolen are not our responsibility. We are unable to provide a refund if the shipping service certifies delivery. If products are marked as delivered, you must contact the carrier about your package.
We are not liable for any delays caused by our mail carriers, and we will not refund shipping fees if USPS or UPS fail to reach their guaranteed delivery schedules. Please contact them personally if your things do not arrive on schedule.
