Refund policy

All returns for Raelynn's are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All returns must be made 14 days after the purchase date or your item will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need to include the original packing-slip or name and order number in the package. Returns will not be accepted if there are any signs of wear, damage, markings, or if the items are without original tags. Sales items, discounted items, final sale items, mystery grab bags, and accessories are all final sale and cannot be refunded.  

We do not offer exchanges. 


Return Instructions For Online Orders

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and can choose to ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. 

 No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include order number and name with the return. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email any and all problems to: shopraelynnsboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.

Product color variations brought on by lighting, camera lenses, and computer resolutions do not qualify as damage.
